Consumption Report Clause Samples
A Consumption Report clause requires one party to regularly provide detailed information about the quantity or usage of goods or services under the agreement. Typically, this involves submitting periodic reports—such as monthly or quarterly statements—outlining the amount consumed, delivered, or utilized during the reporting period. This clause ensures transparency and accurate tracking, enabling both parties to reconcile payments, monitor compliance, and address discrepancies efficiently.
