Common use of Consumer Requests Clause in Contracts

Consumer Requests. If Splunk receives a Consumer Request from Customer’s Consumer, it will promptly notify Customer. Splunk will refrain from responding to the Consumer except to acknowledge receipt of the Consumer Request, to which Customer hereby agrees. Customer can address Consumer Requests within the Offering in accordance with the applicable Documentation. Upon Customer’s request, Splunk will provide reasonable assistance to help Customer fulfil a Consumer Request.
