Consumer Requests. To the extent applicable, and subject to the nature of the Processing and the information available to UKG, UKG will reasonably assist Customer with the fulfilment of Customer's obligation to respond to consumer requests for exercising the data subject's rights as set out under the U.S. Privacy Laws.

Company shall utilize the option made available by Ifficient in connection with the Ad Placement to flag/identify, in real-time, any and all Users who have opted-out from the sharing/sale of their personal information. In addition, Company shall immediately notify Ifficient, in writing, of any requests received from any individual whose personal information was provided to/collected by Ifficient in connection with this Agreement, including any requests made pursuant to Applicable Privacy Laws to: (a) disclose the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, categories of sources from which the personal information was collected, categories of personal information that the business sold and/or the business purpose for the collection or sale of personal information; (b) access any personal information collected; and/or (c) delete any personal information collected. Company shall timely respond to any and all such requests, as required by Applicable Privacy Laws, and provide Ifficient with a copy of each such response.
Consumer Requests. If Splunk receives a Consumer Request from Customer’s Consumer, it will promptly notify Customer. Splunk will refrain from responding to the Consumer except to acknowledge receipt of the Consumer Request, to which Customer hereby agrees. Customer can address Consumer Requests within the Offering in accordance with the applicable Documentation. Upon Customer’s request, Splunk will provide reasonable assistance to help Customer fulfil a Consumer Request. Splunk reserves the right to charge a mutually agreed fee for assistance rendered upon Customer request. Requests for assistance from Splunk hereunder should be made to ▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
Consumer Requests. If Ory receives consumer requests related to the Customer Personal Data (including requests to delete or request to know, or similar, under applicable law), Ory’s sole obligation will be to forward such requests to the Customer and the Customer shall be responsible for responding to and handling such consumer requests.

If KnowBe4 is contacted by a person with a request, inquiry or complaint regarding their Personal Information in connection with the Services, KnowBe4 shall promptly notify Company of such request, inquiry or complaint. b. Upon Company’s request, KnowBe4 shall provide Company with reasonable cooperation, assistance, information and access to Personal Information in its possession, custody or control as is necessary for Company to respond within any timeframe required by the CCPA to any verifiable consumer request to disclose Personal Information in a readily usable format or delete Personal Information pursuant to Sections 1798.100-1798.105 of the California Civil Code. [1798.100-1798.105] If KnowBe4 intends to rely on an exception under Section 1798.105(d), KnowBe4 shall notify Company within the same timeframe of the intent.

We reserve the right to suspend delivery of consumer requests or terminate this Agreement in the event that a payment due to any Autobytel Entity remains unpaid three (3) business days after Dealer has been notified of such non-payment. For purposes of this Agreement, “Autobytel Entity” shall mean Autobytel Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Inc., or A.I.N. Corporation d.b.a. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

Provider shall promptly notify PGCE if it receives a request from an individual that relates to personal information included in PGCE Data pursuant to California Privacy Laws (a “Consumer Request”). Provider shall not respond to Consumer Request(s) without written instructions from PGCE, or unless otherwise required by applicable law. Provider shall assist PGCE with all such Consumer Requests.
