Consumer Requests. To the extent applicable, and subject to the nature of the Processing and the information available to UKG, UKG will reasonably assist Customer with the fulfilment of Customer's obligation to respond to consumer requests for exercising the data subject's rights as set out under the U.S. Privacy Laws.
Consumer Requests a. If KnowBe4 is contacted by a person with a request, inquiry or complaint regarding their Personal Information in connection with the Services, KnowBe4 shall promptly notify Company of such request, inquiry or complaint. KnowBe4 shall not respond to such request, inquiry or complaint directly, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Consumer Requests. Upon Customer’s written request, and subject to, and in accordance with the CCPA, this Addendum and all applicable laws and requirements, Supplier, as a Service Provider, agrees to promptly Delete Customer Personal Information. If Service Provider receives a Request to Know or a Request to Delete from a Consumer, Service Provider shall inform the Consumer that the request cannot be acted upon because the request has been sent to a Service Provider.

(1) To the extent that Customer is required by law to comply with any consumer request regarding Personal Information held by either Customer or its service providers, Supplier shall assist Customer, at no additional cost, with the collection and/or deletion of Personal Information in its possession. Any requests from Customer for assistance with responding to a consumer inquiry shall be submitted via email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx.

We agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to Dealer certain consumer requests from consumers originating from the xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx, or xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx websites, as applicable. In the event of Dealer’s breach of this Agreement and until such breach is cured, We may reroute consumer requests, service requests or other inquiries, to the nearest qualified enrolled dealer without prior notice to Dealer. We reserve the right to suspend delivery of consumer requests or terminate this Agreement in the event that a payment due to any Autobytel Entity remains unpaid three (3) business days after Dealer has been notified of such non-payment. For purposes of this Agreement, “Autobytel Entity” shall mean Autobytel Inc., Xxxxxxx.xxx, Inc., or A.I.N. Corporation d.b.a. XxxXxxxx.xxx. C.
Consumer Requests. In the event Company receives a consumer question or request directed to AHS relating to any AHS Information or the exercise of any consumer rights with respect thereto, Company shall forward such request to AHS within five (5) business days following Company’s receipt thereof.
Consumer Requests. If Alexa receives a request from a consumer with respect to Customer Data (such as a request to delete or grant access to Customer Data for which Alexa is a service provider under CCPA), Alexa will tell the consumer to submit such request to Customer.

Supplier shall not respond to Consumer Request(s) without written instructions from PG&E, or unless otherwise required by applicable law. Supplier shall assist PG&E with all such Consumer Requests.
