Consumer Requests. To the extent applicable, and subject to the nature of the Processing and the information available to UKG, UKG will reasonably assist Customer with the fulfilment of Customer's obligation to respond to consumer requests for exercising the data subject's rights as set out under the U.S. Privacy Laws.

Company shall timely respond to any and all such requests, as required by Applicable Privacy Laws, and provide Ifficient with a copy of each such response.
Consumer Requests. If Splunk receives a Consumer Request from Customer’s Consumer, it will promptly notify Customer. Splunk will refrain from responding to the Consumer except to acknowledge receipt of the Consumer Request, to which Customer hereby agrees. Customer can address Consumer Requests within the Offering in accordance with the applicable Documentation. Upon Customer’s request, Splunk will provide reasonable assistance to help Customer fulfil a Consumer Request. Consumer Requests. If Ory receives consumer requests related to the Customer Personal Data (including requests to delete or request to know, or similar, under applicable law), Ory’s sole obligation will be to forward such requests to the Customer and the Customer shall be responsible for responding to and handling such consumer requests.

[1798.100-1798.105] If KnowBe4 intends to rely on an exception under Section 1798.105(d), KnowBe4 shall notify Company within the same timeframe of the intent.
