The reason for this is to specifically draw the Purchaser’s attention to these clauses as they either: Limit in some way the risk or liability of the Seller or any other person, constitute an assumption of risk or liability by the Purchaser, impose an obligation on the Purchaser to indemnify the Seller or any other person for some cause; or are acknowledgement of a fact by the Purchaser.
