Consumer Credit. Where applicable to you the statutory notices required by the Consumer Credit ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (“the Act”) contained in this agreement refer to your rights but do not extend them. If you are a body corporate or you are not an individual as defined in that Act then this agreement will not be regulated by the Act.
