Consulting Term. In the event ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is President of the Company on November 30, 2011, the Company agrees to retain ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a consultant. The term of the consulting agreement will commence on December 1, 2011 and continue for a period of six years ending November 30, 2017, unless terminated sooner in a manner provided herein (the “Consulting Term”).
