Common use of Consultative Committees Clause in Contracts

Consultative Committees. The consultative committees where appropriate will function in a proactive way and be responsible for analysing and addressing areas that improve effectiveness and are related to the scope of operations and works performed by the Company. The Consultative Committee shall be formed by equal representation from Management and Employees. The scope or work undertaken by the Consultative Committees shall be broad in its charter and will include, but not be restricted to, the following areas; ▪ Creating job re-design and flexible work methods to enhance productivity and efficiency; ▪ Developing team based work; ▪ Developing an open and participative management culture; ▪ Ensuring dissemination of knowledge, experience and skills at all Levels; ▪ Developing training initiatives; ▪ Developing quality assurance across all areas of the Company's operations; ▪ Participating in project planning and developing measures for productivity and efficiency outcomes; ▪ The employees may request that an employees representative (who is not an employee of the Company) to attend Consultative Committee Meetings.
