Consultation Fee. As it pertains to Phase I, outlined in Section 1. of this Agreement: a) Client shall be responsible for a flat rate consultation fee (“Consultation Fee”) of $850.00. i) Client shall be entitled to reimbursement of the Consultation Fee upon the signing of this Agreement by the Parties.
