CONSULTATION BY TRUSTEE WITH COUNSEL. The Trustee may consult with legal counsel (who may be but need not be counsel for the Employer or the Administrator) concerning any question which may arise with respect to its rights and duties under the Plan and Trust, and the opinion of such counsel will, to the extent permitted by law, be full and complete protection in respect of any action taken or omitted by the Trustee hereunder in good faith and in accordance with the opinion of such counsel.
