Consultants Staffing Clause Samples
The CONSULTANT’S STAFFING clause defines the requirements and expectations regarding the personnel that the consultant will assign to perform the contracted services. It typically outlines the qualifications, experience, or specific individuals who must be involved, and may require the consultant to obtain approval from the client before making changes to key staff. This clause ensures that the client receives services from appropriately skilled professionals and helps prevent disruptions or declines in service quality due to unapproved staffing changes.
