Common use of Consultant’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Consultant’s Representative. The Consultant shall designate a person to act as the Consultant’s Representative as identified in Exhibit A. The Consultant’s Representative shall have complete authority on behalf of the Consultant to transmit or receive information, to propose or proceed with action requested by the Owner and to execute Addenda on behalf of the Consultant.
