Additionally, such Union Representative non-paid time will be included as time worked for the purpose of calculating contributions into the Company’s Cash Balance Account. To accurately account for Union Representative non-paid time (OUB) for the above purposes, the Union Representative must complete the Company’s Union Representatives Time-off form and submit it on a weekly basis to the immediate supervisor and Human Resources Business Partner.
