Common use of Consultant’s Agents Clause in Contracts

Consultant’s Agents. The Agents of Consultant who will be responsible for discharging Consultant’s duties and obligations under this Agreement are and will be individuals experienced in the performance of the various functions contemplated by this Agreement. None of such individuals have been convicted of any crime or found liable in a civil or administrative proceeding or pleaded no contest, or agreed to any consent decree with respect to any matter involving breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, securities law violations, bankruptcy law violations or any act or omission involving moral turpitude.

Consultant’s Agents. The Responsible Persons or the Agents of Consultant who will be responsible for discharging Consultant’s duties and obligations performing under this Agreement are individuals who are duly qualified to perform the Consulting Services and will be individuals experienced in the performance of the various functions contemplated by this Agreement. None of such individuals Agreement and have not been convicted of any crime or found liable in a civil or administrative proceeding or pleaded no contest, or agreed to any consent decree with respect to any matter involving breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, theft, securities law violations, bankruptcy law violations or any act or omission involving moral turpitude.
