Common use of Consultancy Fee Clause in Contracts

Consultancy Fee. In consideration of the Services to be rendered hereunder, the Client shall pay Consultant a fee payable at the time and pursuant to the procedures set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Consultancy Fee").
