Constructive Notice. Every person, who by operation of law, transfer or other means whatsoever, becomes entitled to any share, shall be bound by every notice in respect of such share which, previously to his or her name and address being entered on the Register, has been duly given to the person from whom he or she derives his or her title and to every previous holder thereof.
