Construction Traffic. The Owner agrees that all construction traffic will use County Road 27 E and Whitewood Ave and the Owner will be responsible for any damages to this road. The replacement level for damages will be determined by the Director of Municipal Services and will be documented in the pre-construction minutes prior to the commencement of construction. The damages as aforesaid shall be paid by the Owner to the Town prior to the issuance of building permits for the development.
