Common use of Construction Traffic Clause in Contracts

Construction Traffic. The City is responsible for reviewing and accepting traffic control plans involving the City roadway system. The Port is responsible for reviewing and accepting traffic control plans involving the Airport roadway system. Both Parties agree to coordinate management of traffic when traffic control plans involve both Parties’ roadway systems, or traffic detours that impact the other party’s roadway system.
