Common use of Construction Supervision Fee Clause in Contracts

Construction Supervision Fee. Landlord shall have the right to supervise all aspects of the construction of the Suite 505 Improvements; provided, however, that Landlord shall have no responsibility for the management or oversight of the Suite 505 Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee in an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the construction costs, including hard and soft costs, thereof, and such amount shall be deducted from the Suite 505 Tenant Improvement Allowance.

Tenant shall pay to Landlord within ten (10) days of receipt of an invoice a construction supervision fee in an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the construction costs, including hard and soft costs, thereof, and such amount shall be deducted from the Suite 505 Tenant Improvement Allowance.
