Construction Status. Transmission Owner shall keep Customers and Transmission Provider advised periodically as to the progress of its respective design, procurement and construction efforts as described in Appendix A. An Customer may, at any time, request a progress report from Transmission Owner, with a copy to be provided to all other Parties. If, at any time, an Customer determines that the completion of the CUU will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, such Customer will provide written notice to all other Parties of such later date for the completion of the CUU. Transmission Owner may delay the In-Service Date of the CUU accordingly, but only if agreed to by all other Customers.

The Interconnection Customer shall inform Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider on a regular basis, and at such other times as they reasonably request, of the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Generating Facility including, but not limited to, the following information: (i) progress to date; (ii) a description of scheduled activities for the next period; and (iii) the identification of any event which the Interconnection Customer reasonably expects may delay construction of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and/or the Generating Facility.
Construction Status. AECI shall keep SPP advised periodically as to the progress of its design, procurement and construction efforts. SPP may, at any time, request a progress report from AECI. If, at any time, AECI determines that the completion of the Blackberry Substation Upgrade will not be attained until after the specified in-service date, AECI will provide written notice to SPP of the new in-service date.
Construction Status. At the request of Tenant, Landlord agrees to make representatives of Landlord available to meet with Tenant at reasonable intervals until the Building and the Premises are completed to review the status of construction of the Building and the remises. Landlord shall advise Tenant in writing of the Tenant's estimated Commencement Date of the term of this Lease no later than the sixtieth (60th) calendar day prior to the date which Landlord reasonably estimates will be the Commencement Date.
