Common use of CONSTRUCTION STAKES Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION STAKES. The Contractor will provide all surveying required to construct this project per controls established on the project drawings and specifications. The general location, alignment, elevation and grade of the Work will be determined by the Contractor who will set such stakes as are necessary to properly xxxx these elements.
