Common use of Construction Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan Clause in Contracts

Construction Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan. ‌ The Certificate Holder shall develop a Construction Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan (Construction SPCCP) in the event that quantities of materials maintained on site are of sufficient quantity to qualify, consistent with the requirements of 40 CFR Part 112 and shall adhere to requirements identified in this agreement and the Revised Application. The Construction SPCCP shall include the Facility Area, and all access roads. The Certificate Holder shall require all contractors working on the facility to have a spill prevention and countermeasure program consistent with the above requirements. The Certificate Holder shall provide a copy to Ecology for comment.
