Construction Site. 2.1 The Owner is responsible for fixing of the boundaries of the Land and the Contractor shall rely solely on the information supplied by the Owner. The Owner indemnifies the Contractor in respect of any expenses, losses, claims arising out of incorrect location of the boundaries or boundary pegs or mistakes as to correct boundaries of the Land. 2.1 Before commencing construction the Contractor shall mark out the location of the Pool on the Land as shown in the Plans and Specifications and the Pool Construction Zone within the Land.
