Common use of Construction Representatives Clause in Contracts

Construction Representatives. Landlord’s Construction Representative shall be ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Tenant’s Construction Representative for coordination of construction and approval of the Alterations and any change orders shall be ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, provided that either party may change its representative upon written notice to the other.
