Common use of Construction Procedures Clause in Contracts

Construction Procedures. Requests for advances by the Construction Lender for payment of costs of labor, materials, and services supplied for the construction of the improvements and other items shown in the Project Budget shall be submitted by Feld, not more frequently then ▇▇ specified in the Construction Loan, after actual commencement of construction of the improvements. WPHC, and the Construction Consultant shall be provided with copies of the application for advance simultaneously with delivery to the Construction Lender, except as otherwise provided in Section 6.6 of the Operating Agreement.
