Common use of Construction Plans / Specifications Clause in Contracts

Construction Plans / Specifications. At least sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of Construction, the Certificate Holder shall submit to EFSEC or its designated representative for approval those construction plans, specifications, drawings, and design documents that demonstrate the Site design will be in compliance with the conditions of this Agreement.
