Construction Plan. The Borrower shall cause the Owner and the Manager, as the case may be, to diligently commence and pursue to completion the construction contemplated by the Construction Plan. Subject to Unavoidable Delay, the Project Completion shall be achieved not later than fourteen (14) months from the date of the closing of the Senior Loan.
