Construction Permits. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining the Permits necessary for the execution of Contractor’s Work. Contractor shall provide all necessary technical information required to support Contractor’s Permit applications. For such Permits Contractor is required to obtain pursuant the EPC Agreement, Contractor shall pay for applicable fees or charges. Contractor shall also provide prompt assistance, information and documentation reasonably requested by Owner in connection with Permits for which Owner is responsible and as further described under Section 21.1 of this SOW.
