Common use of Construction Permits Clause in Contracts

Construction Permits. Except for Permitted Subsequent Approvals, all governmental permits and licenses required by applicable law to construct, occupy and operate the Project have been issued and are in full force and effect or, if the present stage of development does not allow such issuance, the Developer reasonably believes, after due inquiry of the appropriate governmental officials, that such permits and licenses will be issued in a timely manner in order to permit the Project to be constructed.
