Construction Operations. To reconstruct ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway along the frontage of the Land with a divided landscape median as depicted in Exhibit B attached requires removing the existing road. This will result in the closing of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway to existing traffic during construction. City and Owner acknowledge these constraints. As such, the plans and specifications will include measures for local traffic to be re- routed during construction.
