Common use of CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES. Construction Manager shall act as the District’s agent to render the services and furnish the work as described in Exhibit “A,” which will commence upon the receipt of a Notice to Proceed signed by the District representative. Construction Manager’s services will be completed in accordance with the schedule attached as Exhibit “C.”

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES. Construction Manager shall act as the DistrictCouncil’s agent to render the services Services and furnish the work Work as described in Exhibit “AB,” which will commence upon the receipt of a Notice to Proceed signed by the District representativeDirector. Construction Manager’s services Services will be completed in accordance with the schedule attached as Exhibit “C.E.”

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES. Construction Manager shall act as the District’s agent to render the services and furnish the work as described in Exhibit “A,” which will commence upon the commencing with receipt of a written Notice to Proceed signed by the District representative. Construction Manager’s services will be completed in accordance with the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “C.B”.
