Construction Manager’s Key Personnel. 1.1 Consultant's Key Personnel are identified below and their resumes appended to this Appendix F as Exhibit 1, including but not limited to the following:
Construction Manager’s Key Personnel. The personnel listed in the Construction Manager’s Proposal and Sections B.1, C.1, and C.2 of Exhibit GC of the Owner-CM Agreement, all of whom shall be dedicated to the Project on a full time basis, and which personnel shall include at a minimum the Project Executive, the Project Manager, the Superintendent (who shall be a properly licensed construction supervisor), and the Project Scheduler. Unless otherwise designated by the CM, the Project Executive shall have complete authority to act for the CM. The Contract formed by the Contract Documents.
Construction Manager’s Key Personnel. The Construction Manager shall provide accounting of key personnel as set forth in Article 6, Construction Manager’s Key Personnel, of the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment Exhibit(s).
Construction Manager’s Key Personnel. A.4.1 Pursuant to Section 3.2.2.6 of the Agreement and Section 3.9 of the A201-2017, the Construction Manager’s key personnel are set forth in Attachment 8 hereto.

Construction Manager’s Key Personnel. The following job titles and the persons assigned to these positions, all of whose current resumes have been provided, and all of whom have been identified in writing and approved in advance by the School District, are the Key Personnel of the Construction Manager or its Subconsultants, and shall perform those pre- construction services, procurement support, field oversight and coordination, safety monitoring, and building commissioning construction management services of the Construction Manager required under this Contract:
(a) Project/Construction Manager;
(b) Assistant Project/Construction Manager;
(c) Project Engineer;
(d) Project Administrator/Clerk of the Works;
(e) Inspector;
(f) CPM Scheduler;
(g) Cost Estimator;
(h) Commissioning Specialist; and
Construction Manager’s Key Personnel. The Construction Manager shall maintain sufficient off-site support staff and competent fulltime staff at the Project site authorized to act on behalf of the Construction Manager to coordinate, inspect and provide general direction of the Work and progress of the Subcontractors; and the Construction Manager shall provide no less than those personnel during the respective phases of construction that are set forth in Attachment No. 1, Construction Manager’s Key Personnel, attached to this Agreement. The Construction Manager shall not change any of those persons named in Attachment No. 1, Construction Manager’s Key Personnel, unless mutually agreed to by the Owner and Construction Manager. In such case, the Owner shall have the right of approval of the qualifications of replacement personnel. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
