Construction Manager’s Fee and General Conditions. 9.1.1 Subject to the provisions of Sections 6.6, 9.5, 9.6 and 20.2, and in consideration of the performance of this Agreement, the Principal Representative shall pay the Construction Manager in current funds as compensation for its services, a Total Fee amount and separate General Conditions amount as listed below:
