Construction Manager's Fee and Compensation. In consideration of the performance of this Agreement, the University shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds for its services. The Contract Sum is the sum of the Allowable Costs, as set forth in Section 3.03.4.1.1, for the Cost of the Work and Indirect Cost of the Work, plus the Construction Manager’s Overhead and Profit as defined in Section 4.01.3.
