Fees for Professional Services: Construction Manager shall receive compensation, subject to additions and deductions provided for herein, for professional services set forth herein, on the following basis: For the phase(s) identified in Article A, a fixed fee of $X and a staff cost, on an hourly basis, the total of which will not exceed $X.
