A representative of the Kvaerner Construction Group will be integrated into the Project Staff during Preliminary Engineering Design to review the design development for constructability. In addition, but are not limited to: Coordinate project communication between the contractor Kvaerner Resident Construction Manager and the Architect- Engineer (Adiscipline-E); Assure that contractors adhere specific Construction Supervisors from the Launch Facility Project will also be integrated into the Project Staff during the Detail Engineering Design Phase to all project site safety requirements, further review and that proper inspections, observations confirm the Facility's constructability and reporting in that regard are adhered to; coordinate incorporate "lessons-learned" criteria resulting from the Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) requirements, including testing and inspection requirements, and development construction of the Special Inspection & Testing Launch Facility Project.
