Common use of Construction Lien Clause in Contracts

Construction Lien. DOKA hereby informs the Customer that, upon signature of the Agreement, it may issue a written notice of the contract to the owner of the property in relation to which DOKA has provided products, documents or services, at its sole discretion, and therefore DOKA may register a legal hypothec in favor of persons having taken part in the construction or renovation of an immoveable, on the land registry of Québec.
