Construction Document Review. The Owner’s Representative will complete a comprehensive review of design team submittals at the completion of Concepts (if applicable) and Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. This review will include peer review by appropriately licensed and qualified professionals covering all disciplines included in the final submittal(s). All reviews will be completed digitally using PDF files provided by the design team. In addition to redlined drawings and specifications, a summary table of all comments will be prepared by the Owner’s Representative and submitted to the County at the completion of each review.
