Construction Document Review Sample Clauses

The Construction Document Review clause establishes the process by which construction documents, such as plans and specifications, are examined and approved before work begins. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties involved, sets timelines for submission and review, and may specify the standards or criteria that documents must meet. Its core practical function is to ensure that all construction documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and reducing the risk of costly errors or delays during construction.
