Construction Contractors. 6.3.1 The Service Provider may hire qualified contractors to design, build, install, construct, service and test the System. The Service Provider shall have the right to enter into contracts with suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, installers and equipment providers at its discretion to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
