Construction Conferences. Developer is required to schedule a pre- construction conference to be held at the Department of Public Works office, at a time mutually convenient to all parties, before any work may begin on Phase 1 or any respective future phase. Owner, Developer, Contractor, and Village Representatives must be present at this meeting. The Village Engineer will notify all public utilities and will conduct the pre-construction conference. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure the attendance of his subcontractors at the pre-construction conference. Developer and Contractor shall also supply a proposed schedule of the work and names and phone numbers of the project superintendent at the time of the pre-construction conference. Once construction commences a bi-weekly updated work schedule shall be provided to the Village Engineer if any changes to the schedule have been made.
Construction Conferences. The Board of Education hereby agrees that it will, upon the request of the County Manager of the County, provide to the County Manager or his designee timely notice of all conferences with representatives of the architects, contractors and vendors with respect to the acquisition, construction and equipping of the Project and that the County Manager or his designee shall have the right to attend all such conferences.
