CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS SECTION 7.01 CONSTRUCTION AND/OR ALTERATION BY COUNTY Sample Clauses

CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS SECTION 7.01 CONSTRUCTION AND/OR ALTERATION BY COUNTY. The COUNTY may alter, repair, maintain, remodel, expand, remove or improve any of the facilities at the Airport or any of its appurtenances. In the event COUNTY should require any portion of the Leased Premises in connection with construction of improvements and/or alterations, Airport Director may, upon thirty (30) days’ written notice, or immediately should Airport Director determine in Director’s sole discretion that an emergency exists, require TENANT to remove or relocate vehicles, equipment, or other items owned by the TENANT. Airport Director will make every reasonable effort to offer TENANT substitute replacement space during the construction period to the extent such space is available.
