Construction and Definition of Terms. All terms used herein without definition which are defined by the Oklahoma Uniform Commercial Code shall have the meanings assigned to them by the Oklahoma Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect on the date hereof, unless and to the extent varied by this Agreement. All accounting terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings assigned to them as determined by generally accepted accounting principles. Whenever the phrase “satisfactory to Bank” is used in this Agreement, such phrase shall mean “satisfactory to Bank in its sole discretion.” The use of any gender or the neuter herein shall also refer to the other gender or the neuter and the use of the plural shall also refer to the singular, and vice versa.
