Common use of Construction and Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Construction and Binding Effect. This Agreement contains the sole and entire agreement of Licensor and Licensee with respect to the matters contemplated hereunder, and no representation, inducement, promise or agreement, oral or written between Licensor and Licensee which is not incorporated herein shall be of any force or effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Licensor, its successors and assigns, and upon Licensee and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s heirs, successors and permitted assigns, as the case may be.
