Construction and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflict or choice of law provision, and shall bind the parties, their permitted assigns and their personal representatives.
Construction and Binding Effect. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements with respect thereto. All references to time periods shall be counted in calendar days.
