Common use of Construction and Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Construction and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, without reference to conflicts of laws principles. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of all parties hereto, their successors and assigns, and their heirs and personal representatives.
