Common use of Construction and Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Construction and Binding Effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements with respect thereto. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the Issuer, the Purchaser, and their respective successors and assigns subject, however, to the limitations contained in Section 7.01 hereof.
