CONSTITUTIONAL OR LEGISLATIVE CHANGES. Where any amendment not contemplated by this Agreement is enacted to the Constitution of Canada, the Act or to any other legislation, the result of which amendment is a material change in the legal rights or obligations of the parties and which, in turn, materially affects the implementation, operation or effect of this Agreement, the parties agree to enter into good faith negotiations designed to determine and implement any necessary amendments to this Agreement required to remedy or alleviate the effect of such constitutional or legislative changes.

  • Legislative Changes If the premium paid by the Employer for any employee benefit stipulated in this agreement is reduced as a result of any legislative or other action by the government of British Columbia, the amount of the saving shall be used to increase other benefits available to the employees, as may be mutually agreed to between the parties.

  • LEGISLATIVE CHANGE 1.   • Subsequent Legislation If the General Corporation Law of Delaware is amended after adoption of this Agreement to expand further the indemnification permitted to directors or officers, then the Corporation shall indemnify Indemnitee to the fullest extent permitted by the General Corporation Law of Delaware, as so amended.

  • Implementation Legislation The Contracting Parties shall enact any legislation necessary to comply with, and give effect to, the terms of the Agreement.
