Constitution. The Owners’ Committee shall consist of not less than three (3) and not more than five (5) persons and in the appointment or election of the members to the Owners’ Committee, provided that :- (a) not less than three (3) members shall be elected from persons who are Owners of the Residential Units; and (b) not more than one (1) member shall be elected from persons who are Owners of the Commercial Unit(s).
