Constables. (a) Between paypoints 1.1 to 1.5 Constables progress subject to a minimum of 12 months service on each paypoint, plus Competency Acquisition Program (CAP) or Constable Development Program (CDP) equivalent requirements, and satisfactory Performance and Development Agreement (PDA). (b) Constables who have not completed the CDP can progress to paypoint 1.6 after serving 2 years on paypoint 1.5, subject to satisfactory PDA.
