Constables Clause Samples

The 'Constables' clause defines the role and authority of constables within the context of the agreement or regulation. Typically, it outlines the powers granted to constables, such as enforcing rules, maintaining order, or carrying out specific duties on behalf of the parties involved. For example, it may specify the circumstances under which a constable can intervene or the procedures they must follow. The core function of this clause is to clearly establish the responsibilities and limits of constables, ensuring that all parties understand who is authorized to act in certain situations and under what conditions, thereby promoting order and legal compliance.
